some public entities are using water extravagantly--for example the texas highway depart on loop 375 next to pellicano iswaters a huge expanse of grass --how about xeriscaping---the old socorro isd building on eastlake waters a huge expanse of grass on consecutive days and the water flows into the street(eastlake}; how about getting rid of the grass and planting cacti--these people live in the dark or what --don't they read the papers or watch tv--irresponsible !!!!!
