Yes, I know the frustration of having to endure a lecture You just can't understand. One requirement for a UTEP professor HAS to be a proficient ability to effectively communicate with students. Students have a right (as they pay for these instructions) to be able to understand the lecturer. This very important detail of getting a faculty position at any US University is a MUST! I'm sadly surprised that after so many years it is still an issue at UTEP. Can't communicate...can't teach!!
