A new bar, is the least of ceilo vista's problems, or El Paso, for that matter. There are blood thirsty gangsters, a few hundred yards away, in Juarez, just drueling over control over the lucrative territory of El Paso. The only reason they are not as successful as they could be over here, "yet" is the extremely high number of government agents stationed here, as well as the gangs here, going all out to protect their territory. These people are complaaining about a dog, in a cage of tigers!
