This is another example of how weak NM Laws are when it comes to defenseless infants/children being beaten to the point that they have to be airlifted to a regional trauma center. If there is ever a reason to have the death penalty law reinstated in NM, this is it. I am tired of hearing, reading, and watching news reports in which infants/children are murdered and then these animals are given light sentences. Either sentence them to life without parole or execute them.
