Let me see if I understand this correctly: Stack is complaining that agents might have their OVERTIME pay cut by 30%, not their Salary, but their overtime. Didn't they all just get a big pay raise when DHS increased their GS rating from GS-11 to GS-12? (Look that up at OPM's website if you want to see how much it is.)
And now he's complaining because their overtime, which by law is capped at $35k, might get cut. I'm having trouble feeling sorry for them.
