I'm not going to convict this person first without a trial. If it turns out however that he is guilty of starting this fire, than by all means the book should be thrown at him. Irregardless of the people he was intent on hurting, what about possible children living at the apartments that could have been killed by his thoughtless actions. Just sayin if it's true this person is a deadly felon period.
