Although Haggerty has never done anything for the Canutillo Community, he does have a ponit in where he says we are losing money with those two parks.
Currently the road and bridge department has employees and equipment helping out with cleaning out preparing the work areas for contractors
I thought when contractors made bids for Jobs, that they would provide their own material, manpower and whatever else needs to get done to get the job done.
