I believe their is a law on the books about open containers (Right) but who cares, on any given day you can go to your local "Hit and Run" and see people buying their, favorite refreshment, the counter person putting it in a brown bag, and the consumer, with a valid drivers license opening the brown bag and drinking it while filling up their vehicle with gas. Where is the sense and the police who vow to keep John Q. Public safe. Crackdown on the places that sell alcohol along with the drivers.
