Sure the consilate closes and everyone drops everything and makes that a priority because why worry about our city when they obviously worry more about the city on the other side.
Correct me if i'm wrong but doesn't that new bridge that we have no need for cost 12million dollars which could of helped these city employees from getting pay cuts.
Like i said they are more worried about the other city then us. Juarez is no longer the most northern city of mexico, El Paso is.
