I'M A RETIRED (JAR HEAD)and now work part time as a '"LICENSED CONTRACTOR)" ,small one man or large 20 men labor projects i always do a small estimate or consult for a large project propsal& carry liability ins, and posted a bond, to be compliant,i'm also financially competent enough to buy &supply all of my materials,labor,transportation,hire additional licensed contractors to service the project in order to finish! on schedule.!!and pass city insp.with out Never,NO MONEY upfront!
