I completely agree that if their lives feel threatened, truly threatened, that they should respond accordingly. For all the ppl claiming that they're fully trained and prepared to handle a situation like that, obviously not too well. I'm in the military and we have to practice escalation of force, how a firearm compares to a "rock" is completely ludacris to me. In Iraq we are not allowed to shoot back for rocks or the many other things they throw at us, it has to b a confirmed deadly weapon.
