EL PASO — A preliminary and detention hearing Friday morning was scheduled for Joe Tapia III, who allegedly had  internet and phone contact with young boys that were sexual in nature. 

Tapia, who told police and FBI investigators he was a youth church minister, was arrested Tuesday after admitting to taking photos of young boys while changing for a performance in church and possessing 20-50 images of child porn.
