One country is taking dining to a whole new level. The world's highest restaurant opened yesterday in Dubai.

It's called "Atmosphere" and it's located on the 122nd floor of the world's tallest tower.

The restaurant features breathtaking 180 degree views from more than 1,300 feet above ground.

The designer of the restaurant said it gives customers a unique experience.

The average price for an appetizer is around $50, while a main course costs about $90.

However, El Paso is at 3700 feet above sea level and Dubai is about sea level, so any restaurant in El Paso would be higher than any restaurant in Dubai.

You cannot be too high when at a restaurant.

122 floors is 1,220 feet or rounded to 1,300 feet above ground.

Not 13,000 feet.
At 13,000 feet, you'd need an oxygen mask.

Yea, 13,000 feet would be pretty high, eating with an oxygen mask on. Sipping your liquid food thru a tube.
