The 75th annual Sun Bowl game between Pitt and Oregon State wasn't the only contest at the game.

49,000 plus, fans attempted to set a world record for the most people in one place dancing to YMCA by the Village People.

From the looks of things, this crowd easily beat the former record holders of only 13,500 people at a minor league baseball game in Nebraska.

In order for the record to become official, photos of the crowd are being sent to London.

There, officials with the Guiness Book of World Records will count each person in each picture.

The whole thing could take up to six weeks.
