A woman was killed Wednesday night in the Lower Valley, police say she was driving on a road without her lights on...
It happened just before 9:00 PM on the 9800 block of Socorro road.
Investigators say 29 year-old Ronette Garcia was hit head on by the driver of another car.
She was taken to a hospital where she died It is not known at this time if alcohol was a factor.
