EL PASO - One woman is dead after an overnight shooting in Horizon City.

According to Deputy Eileen Lopez, spokesperson for the El Paso County Sheriff's Office, one person is in custody for questioning.

The shooting happened after midnight Monday morning at 1508 Cactus Wren.  

Lopez said deputies arrived at the home and found the woman with gunshot wounds.
