Wet N Wild hosts Memorial Day celebrations
If you are still looking for something to do this holiday weekend, wet n wild is having their 29th Annual Balloonfest.
There are concerts and events going on throughout Memorial Day weekend.
And the big news, for the first time ever the Park will be opening up to campers overnight.
When the park closes, people who have camping spaces will be able to ride the slides after hours.
The park is taking extra steps to make sure the three day weekend it's a fun but safe one.
"We will definitely be having extra security at night,” said Wet N’ Wild general manger Chandra Edwards-Cottingham. “We will also have some lifeguards her as well. Even after the rides close, just to make sure everyone is safe and secure in their camp spot once the lights go off and the rides close."
There are still camping spots available, but it is a first come first serve basis.
It all kicks off Friday tonight with a balloon glow, which is free to the public.
