EL PASO - Water is now being restored to neighbors after a water main break in West El Paso.
A 16 inch pipe ruptured at Chiricahua and Redd Road around midnight.
Water stopping running to 15 homes in the area.
Neighboring homes reported brown water coming out of their faucets.
