EL PASO (KTSM) — UPDATE:
After several hours of work, crews repaired the broken water main break and water service was restored for residents at about 6:00pm on Saturday.
A water main break left residents of a Northeast El Paso neighborhood without water service Saturday morning.
El Paso Water Utilities said the break happened around 8:30 a.m. on the 10900 block of Dyer affecting the Mesquite Hills neighborhood.
The utility said crews were working to replace the 16 inch line and that water service would be restored to all customers within a few hours.
