Walmart is making it easier to find healthy foods.

The label "Great for You" will be added to fruits and vegetables, and some Walmart-brand food items. It's meant to be a quick and easy sign, to point shoppers to healthful foods, skipping over long labels.

The labels should start rolling out in April.
