VINTON - A Vinton company is reacting to a deadly explosion.

You remember yesterday, the blast happened at the ArcelorMittal plant.

Apolonio Arras, 57, of Anthony, TX was killed in the explosion.

In an e-mailed statement, ArcelorMittal says, "Our deepest sympathies are extended to family members, friends and co-workers.  The health and safety of our workforce is our top priority."
