VINTON, TX — The Vinton council will try once again Tuesday night to agree on a budget.T

They're the first municipality in state history not to agree on a budget before the start of the fiscal year.

There was worry about whether services there would continue. But last week we were told by Mayor Madeleine Praino that basic services would continue.
