EL PASO - Another candidate has his eye on the County Commissioners Court.

Vince Perez, the former communications chief for Congressman Silvestre Reyes said it's time for a change.

"That's why I've decided to challenge Commissioner Gandara, because I believe the people deserve a more effective representative, a stronger representative and someone who would be committed to the job full-time. I don't believe Commissioner Gandara is committed to this and I believe he's been a part-time representative and his voting record clearly shows that," said Perez.

Perez said Gandara was absent from Metropolitan Planning Organization meetings so many times that he lost his right to vote. He said that isn't fair to the people in precinct three.

Good Luck, I appreciated your efforts as communications chief for Congressman Reyes. I think you have a good idea of what people in El Paso Co. need on the County Commissioners Court.

Finally! A young bright and intelligent educated person to represent that part of the county. No baggage no connections to the out dated patron system that has long been the norm in the valley.
