Video Technology Leads to Drug Bust in Ft. Hancock
FORT HANCOCK - Border Patrol Agents seized 710 pounds of marijuana from a truck on the border Thursday morning.
Agents that were monitoring state of the art video technology first spotted the truck about seven miles east of the Fort Hancock Port of Entry.
When agents caught up with the Chevrolet Silverado, they said the driver took off on foot and fled back into Mexico.
The marijuana is valued at approximately $568,000.
