UTEP unveils special centennial wine
El Paso, Texas (KTSM) — The University of Texas at El Paso is celebrating its 100th birthday with a little wine.
The school has unveiled its first UTEP Centennial wine. The commemorative keepsake wines are fittingly produced by the Miner family winery in Napa Valley California.
For the past two years, UTEP and the Miner family winery have been working together to create a vintage red and a Chardonnay, which will feature the iconic Miner pickaxe on the bottle.
