El Paso Police responded to a brawl on the Cincinnati and Mesa intersection and ended up arresting UTEP defensive back Richard Spencer, 21, for his alleged involvement.

According to police documents, during the fight, Spencer pushed a 22-year old female in the shoulder and up against a white truck causing her injury.

During the police investigation, he began to walk away from the officers and crossed Mesa St., after being told to stop by the officers. He was caught by the officers and placed under arrest for Assault Causing Bodily Injury and Evading Arrest/Detention. He was booked into the El Paso County Jail.

“We are in the information-gathering stage right now and will take the appropriate disciplinary action when we have all the details,” said UTEP Head Coach Sean Kugler.

If what is being reported is true then this punk showed no respect for women or law enforcement. The punk is a UTEP Senior which means that he should of known better. If the charges are correct then I say drop him from the team. UTEP and El Paso do not need punks like him.

...another thug......

Specter of Hernandez?
