It's a challenge that will help  you live a healthier lifestyle.

UTEP's Wellness Program and A Smoke Free Paso Del Norte are inviting the university community to join the Tobacco Free and Living Well Challenge.

The six week challenge will provide participants with the tools and encouragement needed to live a tobacco free life along with tips on how to stay active.

" We have different resources available for people who want to quit smoking and we are signing up individuals that want to record the number of steps that they take per day. We are encouraging ten thousand steps per day," said Nora Hernandez, program coordinator of A Smoke Free Paso Del Norte.

Those who register will receive prizes and regular tips on how to stay healthy and tobacco free after the six week challenge is over.
