The U.S. Postal Service is announcing big changes to its services.
The U.S. Postal Service says it will be raising rates and cutting services in an effort to save money. Starting next spring, it will not only cost more to mail letters, but it will also take at least one day longer for it to arrive at its destination.
The U.S. Postal Service says the cuts are designed to save up to $3 billion.

And this is different now from what they do now? They are having problems with revenue when they can't even provide basic services CORRECTLY. Ever have a package marked as delivered and have never even got it? Im expecting a package that was marked delivered 5 days ago.USPS does that. It would never happen with UPS.
