US Home Sales Up in March
There are hopeful signs for the housing market; according to the National Association of Realtors, U.S. home sales bounced back in March.
However, the group also said that housing prices continued to decrease across the country.
Existing home sales rose 3.7 percent in March from February, to an annual rate of 5.1 million units. Economists had expected a smaller increase. However, home prices also fell 5.9 percent in March, from the previous year.
Experts believe that as unemployment continues to fall around the country and jobs are added to the economy, that will have a positive impact on the housing market.
