EL PASO - Police have identified the driver killed in a motorcycle accident in Northeast El Paso as Jose Flores, 64.

According to investigators, Flores was driving a Suzuki motorcycle on Gateway North when a Dodge Charger headed east on Diana drove through a red light and hit the motorcycle in the intersection.

Flores was taken to William Beaumont Army Medical Center where he later died.  Investigators said he was wearing a helmet.

If that driver does not face charges after she was seen texting and driving it shows how the El Paso Police Department, the District Attorney, and Fort Bliss Command do not protect the people of El Paso. How many more people in El Paso are going to be hurt or killed by soldiers without any repercussions?

My heart goes out to the Flores family and Iam sure if Merari Williams could change things she would have paid a little more attention or at least have done thing different, but you know what my fault, your fault, nobodys fault ;the biker is always the one to be hurt. R.I.P. JOSE
