EL PASO - Just weeks before heading to trial, a former high school dance teacher has changed lawyers.

Marco Alferez is accused of taping naked children with a hidden camera, and filming himself having sex with two teens.

After getting attorney Michael Gibson to represent him, a judge denied the new lawyer's request that Alferez be released before trial.
