EL PASO, TX - A man now has his $200 dollars back thanks to the News Channel 9 Troubleshooters.

Tony Mendoza hired a contractor to build a rock wall, but he never did.

"I paid him $200 dollars and he never showed up," he said.

Mendoza signed a contract with Luis Carlos Estrada from L.C. Construction on March 25th. It says both parties agreed a rock wall would be built, and $200 dollars would be payed as a deposit. We were shown what appeared to be the cashed check for the deposit, which was also written on the March 25th, but as of Thursday, April 22nd no rock wall has been built.

So the Troubleshooters gave Estrada a call, and within one day he gave Mendoza his money back.

Mendoza thanked the Troubleshooters for closing his case.
