Update: The 70-year-old Socorro man who went missing Friday night is now back with his family.

Sunland Park police found Juan DelaRiva just before midnight Friday around Santa Teresa, NM.

El Paso police was then notified shortly.

Officials say DelaRiva appears to be in good health. He's currently at a local hospital with family.

El Paso police need your help finding a missing elderly Socorro man.    

A silver alert has been issued for 70-year-old Juan DelaRiva.

DelaRiva was last seen walking away from the registration area of University Behavioral Health Center on Denver and Idaho streets.

DelaRiva is not from El Paso and has dementia and diabetes.

Police say he is 5' 5" tall and weighs around 137 lbs.

DelaRiva was last seen wearing a grey and brown plaid shirt with brown pants.
