I hate to see that people are dying over poor engineering. That road I take to go to UOP and it is way to dark. This is the cause of poor city engineering for now thinking of posting more lights in the area. Second of all isn't there suppose to be a work crew sign posted and proper lane closures. If both lanes of traffic were occupied then it should have been shut down. My condolences to the family. City Engineering needs to be reviewed. Mayor Cook get to work for once!
