A 16 year-old boy has been taken to hospital with serious injuries after an ATV accident.

Investigators on scene tell us he was driving the ATV and had a 14 year- old passnger with him.

The driver lost control and flipped over. Investigators tell us he suffered a possible head fracture.

Sheriff's deputies tell us the driver is facing up to nine citations for the accident.
