Two more men have been charged in the FBI public corruption probe.

Adrian Edward Pena was accompanied by his lawyer.

He's accused of bribing a former EPISD school board member to get a multi million dollar construction contract.

This is Pena's second indictment.

Last month, he was arrested on allegations he gave a former county commissioner 10,000 dollars to obtain another construction contract for the company he worked for.

He pleaded not-guilty and is out on bond.

Pena's lawyer, Tom Stanton, says the government has no case.

Jose Alfredo Gallegos was indicted along with Pena.

Investigators say he's a co-conspirator in the latest bribery case.

Both men face three charges of mail fraud.

In the indictment...the school trustee they're accused of bribing is only identified by the initials, SMM.

Former EPISD trustee Sal Mena recently pleaded guilty to public corruption charges. His legal name is Salvador Marcos Mena.
