EL PASO, TX — Officers arrested two people for allegedly having 34 grams of crack cocaine.  Twenty-three year old Andre Jones and 21-year-old Suzi Gangnier are charged with manufacture delivery of controlled substance. Police say this is what they found at a home on Happer and cambridge last night. The crack cocaine was packaged in three separate baggies.
