EL PASO, TX - The company's name may be ASAP Roofing, LLC, but Pedro Arriola says the company hasn't moved quick enough to fix his roof.

Arriola says he signed the contract with, and paid the company more than three months ago after he noticed water leaking into his house.

"Here we are June the 21st and nothing has been done," he said.

We took a look at Mr. Arriola's contract, and found a clause that says work should have been completed 60 days after the contract was signed, the money was paid and the work was agreed upon, but 108 days later the roof is untouched.

We spoke to William Wilson who said he is the owner of the company. He said the contract was signed by a former employee who, he says, was supposed to tell Mr. Arriola the company is backed up with repairs. He acknowledged the work hasn't been done, apologized and guaranteed to us that the work would be done on July 7th, about two weeks from now.

"It's been paid, they should have done it, because they keep giving me the runaround. Two weeks, oh well another two weeks."

We'll let you know when the work is done.

'ASAP Roofing' from this story is a business located at 11601 Pellicano Dr.

There is another business with a slightly different name that has periods separating the A-S-A-P, and they are not affiliated with this story.

I too am having this guy try to scam me, he is very bad news

Hi. I live on buena vista and we have a neighborhood association that runs by the same name we are register under the city regulations and we go by the Roberts rules bu we have a big inconvenient. on the same neighborhood there use to be an association call Buena Vista beautification association located at 305 torres and they have a big sign outside that address and is used by Evangelina Sanchez and Mario Rios just to get benefits from the city like getting provationers. for their own benefit .n

Hi I would like to know if Mario Rios and Evangelina Sanchez are still located at 305 Torres St. He claims to be a huge contractor who is part of the United Tribal Nations and is getting sub-contractors to give him anywhere from 5000 to 10000 in order to build in Native land. I belive this is all a scam, but I would love to hear what you think. I looked up the adress given to us for Silver Wolf interprises as 305 Torres Street, but it seems that the only site we see is an empty lot.

I believe it is a scam as well, and I did talk to a gentle man who I found on aol.ask (Look up "Mario (SilverWolf) Rios" This man said he had given him a good amount of money and has yet to get the full amount back BEWARE!!!

Lots of Bad News on Mario Silverwolf Rios I met him recently in El Paso and all the stories were the same as what's posted online, I suspect him to be on drugs, he was driving an old blue van, He has a big big talk but no tangible proof, but I was saved from giving him a unsecured deposit by this and other online posts, thank you for taking the time to post I'm at least one person you've helped..
