EAST EL PASO- A woman confronted the photographer that her family hired for her sister's Quinceañera on Wednesday morning. The Quinceañera was in April, and the family has yet to see any pictures. The family has proof of a $400 payment made to the photographer.

Newschannel 9 spoke with the photographer who admitted the family did pay him in full for the services, but he claims the family never attempted to pick out the photos.

Socorro Rosales claims she was able to confront the photographer her family had hired only after she set-up an appointment with him using a different name.

Newschannel 9 will stay on top of this story, and we will let you know if it is resolved.

People should research Photographers when hiring them. As a photographer I get so upset when people say I charge to much. Then I hear things like this happen. People should know you get what you pay for.

I like when people who celebration this silly thing get taken.

Number 1, Quinceañeras are a stupid, ignorant waste of money.

Wake up America.

First of all, I completely agree and second of all, I completely agree. And I do have kids.

I see you have no kids David R.Holguln

My wife and I had a similar experience with a local photographer, i would like to know if they are the same... We eventually got our pictures but took years to get them.... Leasson learned... Check Better Business Bureau before you pay out money.
