EL PASO - Our Troubleshooters Team is getting answers.

Yesterday, we told you about Sally Rey, who received a $100 check from Desert King Windows for having someone do a demonstration in her home.

Sally cashed the check and made sure she had enough money in the bank to do some shopping.

The check bounced and $100 was removed from her account along with $25 for a return fee.

She was also charged $125 in overdraft fees because she says the Desert King Windows check caused her to overdraft on her account.

Originally, Desert King only reimbursed her for the bounced check and the return fee for the check but today, the company says it would also cover the rest of the overdraft fees.

We will let you know if the company comes through on its promise.

it's only right. if they knew they were going to close that account, they could have at least let that person/s know about it in advance.
