Trio of Teens Burglarize Car, Throw Out Stolen Items As EPPD Gives Chase

EL PASO— Another group of teens were arrested early Tuesday morning after the two broke into a vehicle and burglarized it.
Adan Campa, 18, of the 10800 block of Poza Rica Ct., and Brian Harding, 19, address unknown, and a third unidentified juvenile were arrested by El Paso police officers after they broke into a 2007 Honda Civic CRV in the 8500 block of Parkland around 2:45 a.m.
Police said Campa, Harding, and the juvenile broke into the vehicle and began removing property. Police said the teens then got into a Ford Escape and drove off. As EPPD officers tried stopping the Ford, the teens began throwing out the stolen items from the Escape.
Police recovered the stolen items, and subsequently arrested Campa and Harding were arrested for burglary of a vehicle. Campa was booked on a bond of $5,000.
Harding was also booked on the burglary of a vehicle charge as well as for an aggravated robbery warrant. His bond was set at $15,000.
The juvenile was released to an adult, and his case turned over to the Juvenile Probation Department.
The investigation is still ongoing.
