Trial set for former UTEP football player in alleged sex trafficking ring
El Paso, Texas (KTSM) — A former University of Texas at El Paso football player accused of forcing young girls into prostitution will go to trial this summer.
Timothy Mccullouch was arrested last month, accused of working a prostitution ring with five suspected members of the folk nation/gangster disciples gang between May 2012 and March 2013 in El Paso, Killen, Texas, Albuquerque, N.M., Las Vegas, Nev. and in Colorado.
The 28-year-old played for UTEP's football team in 2005 and also played for the El Paso Raiders.
His trial is set for June 6.
