EL PASO - Mark Munoz, an El Paso police officer accused of sexual assault, had a court appearance today.

Officer Mark Munoz has been re-indicted for allegedly touching a woman inappropriately while she was unconscious and using physical force or violence.

His jury trial had been set for June 6, but according to court records, it looks like it's been pushed back again until August 29.

Munoz is still on administrative duty.

One thing Ive noticed is that when an officer is accused of wrong doing, KTSM is all over it. When an officer does a good deed KTSM wont bother posting it nor have any interest to it. At least the el paso times put out a nice story of an officer volunteering his time to help kids out, but where was KTSM? nowhere to be found. I am Right or Wrong?

As long as documentation is forwarded properly and doesn't get botched in the process, it's all good! he'll lose sleep till then, who's the lawer?
