EL PASO -- A train hit an abandoned car in the Lower Valley overnight. Police say Roxana Baez tried to cross over the railroad tracks at a point where there wasn't a roadway and her car got stuck. She was able to get out of the car and look for help before the train hit the car. Baez is now charged with DWI. No one was injured.
