Traffic Stop Leads to Heroin Seizure

EL PASO - A traffic stop led to a heroin seizure and the arrest of Hector Barba, 37.
Police say they pulled Barba over after his car made an unsafe lane change on I-10 near Raynolds on Wednesday.
A police dog sniffed out what amounted to nearly 15 grams of heroin and 140 grams of methadone, a controlled substance.
Barba is being held on charges of tampering with a government record, failure to identify and two counts of possession of a controlled substance.
He is being held on $85,000 bond.
