A two-year-old boy is recovering after he fell from the second story balcony at his apartment complex on Saturday.
Neighbors are upset and say it could have been prevented.
The incident happened on the 4600 Block of Maxwell in Northeast El Paso.
Witnesses say the little boy slipped through a gap in the balcony railing.
Neighbors say they've told management about the problem but nothing was ever done.
NewsChannel 9 left messages with apartment management but our calls were not returned.
The toddler was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
