EL PASO — Three people were injured in an early morning crash in East El Paso.

The wreck happened shortly after 3:00 a.m. Monday on I-10 East near the Eastlake exit.

According to police, a pickup truck lost control, crossed into the center media and took out a highway sign.

There were four people inside the truck, and three were injured. 

The scene of the crash has since been cleared.
