El Paso - Three people suffered smoke inhalation after an overnight fire in Northeast El Paso.
Firefighters rushed to 9548 Japonica shortly after midnight.
They found the home engulfed in flames on arrival.
A woman and three children lived at the home.
They all got out safely.
Neighbors described a dramatic scene...
"I went out the back to check my stove and I saw a bunch of smoke down the street. I ran in the house to tell my wife. We just ran down here real quick and saw flames and smoke and all that coming from the side and the garage."
"The kids go to my mom's daycare so we know 'em and they came running and rang our doorbell and said their house is on fire so everybody ran out and my sister called 9-1-1 and me and my dad ran to the back yard to try to do something with the fire."
"The mom was actually at work and being picked up so she got home right before the fire truck got home so she got here and saw her whole house in flames and started going insane because she didn't even know if her kids were still inside or they had already been out but luckily they made it out because it was really bad."
Three neighbors suffered smoke inhalation trying to fight the fire and rescue anyone still in the home.
One of the neighbors needed to be hospitalized.
No word on what started the fire.
