El Paso, TX — More than 37,000 people attended the final day of chalk the block. A downtown art festival with more than fifty sidewalk artists coloring the city and competing for a $2,000 prize.
In its 5th year, the free event also featured live music and performances, food, an interactive jungle zone for kids, and people selling their artworks.
