EL PASO - The Red Cross is running low on donations, and tonight a spokesman is asking for your help.

Freddy Martinez says several heater fires have left dozens of people homeless in the Borderland. The Red Cross is helping many of those people with food, clothes and shelter but funds are starting to run low.
